How Do I Access & Download My Digital Downloads?
After purchasing a Your Expert Self digital file(s), you’ll be taken straight away to ‘Access your paid for file(s)’ which are waiting for you on a Downloads page. Here, you can download all the files associated with your order.
Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed. Confirmation might take a few minutes longer with PayPal.
Your Expert Self will also send you a download notification email within 24 hours separate from any transaction notification emails you receive from PayPal.
Is there a limit on how many times the Digital files can be printed?
There is no limit on the number of times the digital download files can be printed; you can print as many copies as you personal need for ‘your own use’.

Help, What Should I Do If I Can’t Find My Download Notification Email?
First things first, if you can’t find your download notification email don’t panic! Just check your ‘spam’ or ‘junk’ inbox, as this is sometimes where things you ‘really do want’ can get placed. If you use Gmail, don’t forget to check your ‘Social and Promotions’ tabs too. If it’s not there within 24 hours of your order, please contact Ursula@yourexpertself.co.uk and we’ll get it sorted straight away!
Help, What Should I do If I’m Having Trouble Downloading My Files?
In the unfortunate event that nothing happens when you try to click the download links, it’s possible that there’s a problem with your web browser. A good way to solve this issue is to disable any non-standard add-ons or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again.

In the event that your computer states that the file has been corrupted, please delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still can't open the file, please contact Ursula@yourexpertself.co.uk for further support.
If your computer is unable to open the file, it could be possible that you’re missing a computer program required to open the file type e.g. Adobe Acrobat. Please contact Ursula@yourexpertself.co.uk for further support on the program(s) you may need.
