Setting you up with the skills and knowledge to build your own mindfulness practice.
These are monthly practical 1 hour mindfulness group sessions- every 2nd Tuesday in the month. The main aim and focus is supporting you to develop the skill and practice of being at ease with your thoughts and reactions, so you can feel more relaxed and in control of situations within life.
'Un-scattered Mind' Group aims to help with some of the following little 'tinkers';
- Scattered thinking
- Too much mind chatter (especially the 2am ones!)
- Unwanted reactions towards others or situations (you know the pushing your buttons type stuff!)
- Worry, Stress, Self-doubt
All monthly sessions focus on building your everyday mindfulness practice and skill of managing your thoughts and reactions.
